    Brief

The purpose of this procurement is to acquire licenses for establishing an Event Streaming Platform in the hybrid cloud of the Deutsche Bundesbank (BBk). The solution will be built and operated in the BBk's Public Cloud based on Microsoft Azure and in the BBk's Private Cloud (own data center). The solution will feature synchronization of selected topics, allowing access to the Event Streaming Platform to be implemented locally within the cloud environment, even in a hybrid cloud IT landscape. The solution must be based on the open standard Apache Kafka to ensure compatibility and reduce vendor lock-in risks.
