This procurement opportunity involves providing an integrated sequencing device with a complete solution for Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS). The device must offer a fully automated, targeted NGS workflow, starting from quantified nucleic acid or a prepared NGS library to analysis and result delivery within one working day. Implementing modern NGS-based diagnostics is essential for the treatment of cancer patients, as many medications are already used in first-line therapy based on mutation status. Key details include: • Signing a lease agreement with a purchase option after the award is granted, allowing the lessee to exercise the purchase option at any time through a written declaration to the lessor. • Leasing an integrated NGS sequencing device, including all necessary components. • Lease duration: 18 months. • Option to purchase the device after the lease period. • Provision of required consumables (reagents, kits, cartridges, etc.). • Signing a separate framework agreement for the supply of consumables. • Duration of the framework agreement: 48 months. • Delivery, installation, commissioning, and training of personnel.
