    Brief

    The Ministry of Justice (MoJ), through the Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS), is seeking suppliers to provide a combined rehabilitative service for men aged 18 and older, both in custody and in the community. The goal of this service is to reduce reoffending rates and enhance long-term stability for individuals reintegrating into society. Fedcap, a not-for-profit organization focused on transforming lives and strengthening communities, is preparing to bid as a primary provider for these rehabilitative services. We are looking to establish a supply chain of high-quality partners who share our commitment to effective service delivery. We invite applications from organizations with relevant experience in providing services to individuals with convictions. We are specifically looking for suppliers in the following areas: 1. Finance, Benefit, and Debt (FBD) Services 2. Housing Services 3. Community Link Worker Services We encourage interest from national, regional, and local voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organizations, consortia, and user-led groups that align with our values. We particularly welcome expressions of interest from organizations that incorporate lived experience into their operations and can demonstrate how this perspective enhances their service delivery.
