Supply of Diesel Fuel in the Czech Republic

The contracting authority is acting as a Central Purchasing Body and is procuring diesel fuel for itself and the Delegated Contracting Authority, which is ResponoCom, s.r.o. The central authority will enter into a framework agreement with one selected supplier. This agreement will last for 48 months from the date of signing and will be effective from the date it is published in the contract register in accordance with Act No. 340/2015 Coll. Subsequently, separate contracts for the provision of services (orders) will be concluded with the Central Purchasing Body up to the maximum expected consumption as outlined in the tender documentation or until 48 months from the effective date of the framework agreement. Based on this framework agreement, the Central Purchasing Body will procure diesel fuel for both the Delegated Contracting Authority and itself, with part of the fuel being allocated to the Delegated Contracting Authority at a price not exceeding the price at which it was procured by the Central Purchasing Body.
