Advertising Campaign Services in Poland

This contract involves conducting promotional activities aimed at increasing awareness of succession in family businesses, particularly focusing on companies located in the Małopolska region. Key components of the contract include: creating graphic designs, managing promotional activities on social media, producing video materials, printing and delivering informational brochures, creating and delivering roll-ups, posters, and LED advertising panels. A detailed description of the contract is provided in Annex 1D of the procurement documents, which will be included as Annex 2 in the public procurement contract. The conditions for executing the contract are outlined in the draft contract provisions, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract and are included as Annex 1C of the procurement documents. The contractor will be required to transfer copyright ownership of materials created during the contract execution to the contracting authority, in accordance with the contract template. The contracting authority specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ individuals performing tasks related to the execution of the contract under an employment relationship, as defined in Article 22 §1 of the Labor Code.
