This tender is for the energy refurbishment and partial renovation of the building located at Avenue de Mon-Repos 3, 1005 Lausanne, which is listed as *1* - MH and PBC-B overall. The main focus of the intervention is on the energy refurbishment of the building, emphasizing efficiency, lifecycle considerations, resource use, renewable energy, economic and ecological efficiency, as well as comfort and indoor air quality. It should also prevent construction damage and address all issues related to building physics. The goal of the energy refurbishment of the Mon-Repos 3 building is to reduce the need for heating and CO2 emissions by at least 27%. The awarded contractor will be required to conduct a diagnostic of the existing building (phase 21), actively participate in the selection process of technical contractors and specialists (phase 22), develop a preliminary project (phase 31), a project (phase 32), a permit application file (phase 33), and oversee the implementation of the energy refurbishment and renovation project (phases 41 to 53).
