Museum Reconstruction and Restoration Project in Prešov

This procurement opportunity involves the reconstruction and comprehensive restoration of historical residential buildings, including courtyards, located in Prešov, Slovakia. The project focuses on three Renaissance buildings that are currently used as exhibition spaces for the Regional Museum. The street wings of these buildings are fully basemented. The purpose of the buildings will remain unchanged, continuing to serve as a museum. The goals of the reconstruction include: restoring damaged sections of the courtyard wing, creating new sanitary facilities, addressing hygiene deficiencies, improving the thermal properties of the building, enhancing the architectural appearance, installing a new gas connection, and reconstructing the sewage and rainwater drainage systems.
