Cleaning and Hygiene Services Contract

The Pápai Platán Nonprofit Limited Liability Company (Authorized Contracting Authority) is conducting a procurement procedure for cleaning services on behalf of the Pápai Sport Nonprofit Limited Liability Company, the Pápai City Development Nonprofit Limited Liability Company, and the Pápai Thermal Water Utilization Closed Joint-Stock Company (collectively referred to as Joint Contracting Authorities) in accordance with Section 29 (2) of the Act CXLIII of 2015 on Public Procurement. The contracting authority informs bidders that due to organizational restructuring, the Pápai Sport Nonprofit Ltd. and the Pápai City Development Nonprofit Ltd. will be dissolved on January 1, 2026, merging into the Pápai Platán Nonprofit Ltd., which will change its name to Pápai City Management and Public Service Nonprofit Ltd. As a result of the merger, all rights and obligations arising from contracts concluded within the framework of this procurement procedure will be exercised and fulfilled by the Pápai Platán Nonprofit Ltd. (or Pápai City Management and Public Service Nonprofit Ltd.) as the successor contracting authority. If the contract is concluded before January 1, 2026, it will be signed by all current contracting authorities, with the understanding that from January 1, 2026, the Pápai City Management and Public Service Nonprofit Ltd. (successor) will be the sole contracting authority exercising and fulfilling the contractual rights and obligations. The contracting authority also informs bidders that the Pápai Thermal Water Utilization Closed Joint-Stock Company will not participate in the organizational restructuring, thus both the Pápai Thermal Water Utilization Ltd. and the Pápai City Management and Public Service Nonprofit Ltd. will remain as contracting authorities during the contract period.
