Construction of Bicycle Paths in Negresti-Oas

The contracting authority is seeking to finalize a contract for the construction and installation works related to the investment project "Improving Urban Mobility in the City of Negresti-Oas." Detailed information regarding the solutions adopted for the execution of the works, as well as the quantities and categories of works to be executed, are included in the project documentation provided by the contracting authority during the simplified online procedure, which will be conducted on SEAP. The estimated value for the execution of the works is 56,874,968.46 lei excluding VAT, according to the general estimate prepared by the designer at the project phase, which includes: Chapter 1 - Expenses for land acquisition and preparation - 1,081,859.92 lei excluding VAT; Chapter 2 - Expenses for ensuring the necessary utilities for the investment project - 367,148.38 lei; Chapter 4 - Expenses for the basic investment - 55,303,574.47 lei excluding VAT; Chapter 5 - Other expenses - 122,385.69 lei excluding VAT. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests submitted by the 16th day before the deadline. Requests for clarifications received after this deadline may not receive a response.
