National Public Awareness Campaign on Prostitution and Sexual Exploitation

Ruhama, a national NGO, is seeking proposals from experienced campaign and research consultancies to create and manage a national public awareness campaign focused on prostitution, pornography, and sexual exploitation. This project aims to support women affected by these issues by providing them with trauma-informed services and advocating for policy changes. The campaign will be conducted in two phases: first, developing research tools to gather evidence-based insights, and second, creating a campaign strategy and messaging content. The goal is to educate the public about the realities of sex purchase, the legal context, and available support for individuals in the sex trade, ultimately aiming to change public attitudes towards pornography and sex purchasing. The deadline for proposals is November 26, 2025, and the total budget for this project is €82,000.
