Switzerland – Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Services for the Freiburg Site Redevelopment Project

This contract involves the selection of a multidisciplinary contractor team, which includes a civil engineer (team leader), an architect, and engineers specialized in building technology (heating, ventilation, sanitation, and electrical systems). The project focuses on replacing the technical testing facility in two phases and creating a semi-underground parking lot, along with some renovation work in the basement of the existing technical hall. The estimated contract value is CHF 7,454,920 plus VAT (Construction Cost Codes 1, 2, and 4). The execution is planned to follow traditional methods, with the possibility of a general contractor managing the work in Phase 52.
