Construction Works for Patient Area Renovation at Oncology Center

This contract involves the renovation and reconstruction of the patient area in the Oncology Building at the Provincial Multi-Specialist Oncology and Traumatology Center named after M. Kopernik in Łódź. The project is structured in two phases: Phase A focuses on the renovation of the patient area in the Admissions Room, while Phase B addresses the renovation of the dining area adjacent to the Admissions Room. Key tasks include: 1) Preparing project documentation, 2) Providing author supervision, 3) Executing all construction works based on the approved project documentation, which includes site preparation and security, ensuring qualified personnel such as a Construction Manager, performing demolition, construction, installation, and finishing works, building necessary internal and external installations, resolving any conflicts with existing infrastructure, coordinating all trades during both design and execution phases, obtaining all necessary permits and approvals, preparing as-built documentation, notifying the construction supervision authority upon project completion, and obtaining occupancy permits if required. Detailed scope is provided in the attached Functional-Utility Program and contract template. Bidders must submit offers for the entire scope of the contract.
