IT Services Procurement: Consulting, Software Development, Internet, and Support

This procurement opportunity is for comprehensive service management solutions suitable for internal and/or external customer service for the Buyer and the Buyer's Clients. It includes consulting services related to these solutions. Additionally, a fully integrated access management solution that can automate the management of organizational access rights will be procured. The goal is to integrate services through digitalization, thereby enhancing the service processes of user organizations. Typical services to be integrated include HR systems, Tiera's Online Store, financial services, and various equipment registries. The procurement will be conducted through an open procedure, focusing on solutions in three different areas. These areas include consulting services provided by the Solution Supplier. The areas are as follows: Area A: ServiceNow service management platform, Area B: Integrated Service and Access Management SaaS environment, Area C: Lightweight Service Management solution (Service Desk). The procurement will form a framework arrangement for a single buyer. Suppliers can submit a proposal for only one area.
