Supply of Beverages for Local Government in Schilde

It is a non-exclusive contract, allowing the local government to place orders elsewhere during the contract duration without any compensation claims from the contractor. Deliveries will be made to various locations within Schilde, and the local government may change the number and addresses of delivery points during the contract term. Any changes will be communicated to the supplier in a timely manner. In exceptional cases, such as events, deliveries must be made to designated points specified by the government. The inventory list is not exhaustive, and the government reserves the right to purchase other products, such as unlisted beverages and snacks, at the previously agreed discount within the current framework agreement. The inventory list is based on estimated quantities, and actual orders may vary without leading to compensation claims. Brand names and packaging units are included in the inventory for comparison purposes. Suppliers are requested to provide prices for these brands if available; if not, they may offer an equivalent product, indicating the brand name and packaging unit if it differs from the requested unit.
