Germany – Software Maintenance Services for Receipt Scanning System

The ARD, ZDF, and Deutschlandradio Contribution Service (referred to as "Contribution Service") is seeking to establish maintenance contracts for the software products currently in use for the receipt scanning system. The Contribution Service plans to award maintenance services in two lots: LOT 1 - Maintenance of the existing software products from OpenText; LOT 2 - Maintenance of the existing software products from Paradatec. Each lot will have a maintenance contract with a fixed term of 2 years (from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027), with the option to extend for an additional year twice. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous offer for each lot. Maintenance services for each lot are set to begin no earlier than January 1, 2026.
