Bus Shelter Maintenance Service Contract - Rutland

Rutland County Council is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance services for approximately 188 bus shelters across the county. The successful contractor will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance activities, including regular inspections, repairs, graffiti removal, replacement of damaged components, and upkeep of lighting and Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) systems. Additional responsibilities include condition reporting and asset management support to ensure all shelters remain safe, clean, functional and suitable for public use. The contract will run for three years with an optional one-year extension. Contractors should be prepared to demonstrate experience in maintenance operations, customer service standards, and asset management.
