Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services

This contract involves the provision of maintenance and repair services for a fleet of ambulances and related vehicles. The selected supplier will be responsible for servicing 15 Volkswagen ambulances, 4 Citroen ambulances, 3 Dacia vehicles, 1 Mercedes ambulance, and 15 Renault ambulances. The contract is based on a framework agreement valid for 36 months, with subsequent contracts awarded every 6 months without re-competition, as per Article 118(a) of Law No. 98/2016. If the top-ranked supplier is unable to fulfill the contract, the next supplier will be awarded the contract. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the bid submission deadline, and the authority will respond to all requests for clarification 11 days before the submission deadline.
