IT Services for Booking and Reservations in Beringen

The City of Beringen is seeking a booking and reservation platform for various activities organized by its municipal services. This platform will cater to both individuals and groups. Key services that will utilize this overarching booking system include: - VISIT Beringen (ticketing for Mijnmuseum visitors, guided tours, Mijn Sundays, bike rentals, playground reservations, etc.) - Library (school visits, storytime afternoons, workshops, etc.) - Klitsberg Service Center (meals, neighborhood restaurant, workshops, etc.) Additionally, the software must be easily expandable to support other services, such as: - Community Service (intercultural activities, digital sessions, etc.) - Business Service (entrepreneurial activities) - Strategic Environmental Cell (Beringen Boomt) As the current agreement for room reservations is expiring, the software must also provide a solution for renting rooms and associated facilities. Currently, this involves approximately 16 complexes with around 100 rooms (note: combined room sections are counted as separate rooms). The existing room reservation system has registered about 900 clients (individuals, associations, organizations). The software must be flexible in terms of the number of complexes/rooms and clients to allow for easy expansion. For cultural service complexes, additional materials linked to the rooms can also be rented out. Duration: The expected duration of the contract is 8 years (a base contract of 4 years with 4 automatic extensions of 12 months each). The aforementioned 8-year duration will commence after the final delivery of the implementation phase.
