Software Maintenance and Repair Services for the Patent Office of Bulgaria

This contract aims to provide high-quality support for the entire server and communication infrastructure of the Patent Office of Bulgaria for a period of 12 months from the signing of the contract. The services include the development of virtual infrastructure according to the technical specifications, maintenance of core software (server operating systems, databases, and application servers), and the software infrastructure and databases as detailed in Section 2 of the technical specifications. The maintenance must ensure the continuous functionality and adequacy of the infrastructure and application software, adapting to changing legal frameworks, periodically updating systems in line with technological advancements, optimizing workflows within the office, researching and addressing user needs and requirements, resolving identified issues, including necessary code and database corrections, and implementing minor improvements and new functionalities.
