Keyless Entry Solution for Home Care in Helsinki

The City of Helsinki is seeking a keyless entry solution for its home care services. The procurement unit is the City of Helsinki's Service Center (referred to as "Service Center Helsinki" or "the procurement unit"). Experts from the social, health, and rescue services sectors of the City of Helsinki will participate in the evaluation and comparison of bids, as these sectors are significant end-users of the solution being procured. After the bidding process, Service Center Helsinki will select one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a procurement contract.
