Building and Glass Cleaning Services for Landkreis Fürth

Landkreis Fürth is seeking suppliers for building and glass cleaning services for its properties. The contract includes regular maintenance and deep cleaning, glass and frame cleaning, as well as special cleaning services for designated locations. The tender is divided into five lots, each covering different properties and service scopes. The contractor will be responsible for the complete, professional, and sustainable execution of cleaning services, including all necessary activities, materials, and equipment. Services must ensure that the properties are always in a proper, hygienic, and representative condition. The work will adhere to applicable cleaning and hygiene regulations, workplace guidelines, and relevant accident prevention regulations. The contract is set to begin on June 1, 2026. The lots will be awarded separately, and bids can be submitted for one or more lots. For the maintenance and deep cleaning lots, a supplier can receive a maximum of two lots. Exceptions apply: if there is only one bid for a specific lot, the contract can still be awarded to that supplier even if they have already received two lots. Additionally, if the second-place bid for a maintenance and deep cleaning lot exceeds the first-place bid by more than 10%, the first-place supplier may still be awarded the contract for that lot for economic reasons, even if they have already received two lots. Bidders can indicate their preferred lots in the document "Annex to the Bid Form L 213" under the "Priority" section. This preference will be considered if a supplier has submitted multiple economically advantageous bids but cannot receive all lots due to the limitation. The lot for "Glass Cleaning" is exempt from this rule and will be awarded solely to the most economically advantageous bidder.
