Czech Republic – Architectural, Construction, Technical and Inspection Services – "New Construction of Kindergarten Z43 in Příbor – Project Documentation II"

The public procurement contract involves the preparation of project documentation according to the standards of ČKAIT services. This includes complete design and engineering activities and securing all necessary decisions, including obtaining legal validity, ensuring other measures from public administration bodies, or other actions enabling the realization of the project titled "New Construction of Kindergarten Z43 in Příbor" in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, including representation in relevant proceedings. The execution of the public procurement contract will be carried out exclusively by qualified professionals. The main tasks include: a) conducting complete design and engineering activities, particularly preparing all necessary documentation for project approval, securing all necessary project approvals (construction permits) including obtaining legal validity, ensuring other measures from public administration bodies or other actions enabling the realization of the project titled "New Construction of Kindergarten Z43 in Příbor" (also referred to as "the construction") in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, especially Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, including representation in relevant proceedings. The subject of this contract particularly includes: - conducting pre-project preparation for the correct execution of the work, including securing inputs from utility network managers, geodetic, positional, and height measurements, dendrological surveys, - preparing all necessary documentation for project approval and securing the issuance of legally valid project approvals, - preparing all necessary documentation for construction execution, including securing the consent of the state fire supervision authority, if required by law. b) performing designer supervision in accordance with this contract (also referred to as "designer supervision"). The subject of the work also includes design and engineering activities and securing all necessary decisions or other measures, including obtaining legal validity for the realization of necessary connections or relocations of utility networks and strengthening existing technical infrastructure. Note: The preparation of project documentation is governed by valid regulations, especially Regulation 131/2024 on construction documentation. ČKAIT standards will be applied appropriately in relation to valid legal regulations. More details can be found in the procurement documentation.
