Food Supply for Student Canteens 2025

This contract involves the delivery of food products titled 'Food 2/2025' for the student canteens of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. Suppliers are required to provide a range of food items as specified in Attachments 3.1 to 3.13 of the tender documents. Deliveries must be made within 24 hours of receiving an order from the buyer, in accordance with the commercial and contractual terms outlined in Section D (Attachment 4) of the tender documents. The contract is expected to last for a maximum of 12 months from the effective date of the Framework Agreement or until the financial limit specified in point 43.2 of the tender documents is reached, whichever occurs first. The contract also includes related services such as transportation to the delivery location, loading, and unloading of the goods. The quantities of individual items will be specified through regular orders. The contracting authority reserves the right to consider the estimated quantities as non-binding and may order lower or higher quantities as needed. If lower quantities are ordered, the supplier does not automatically have the right to deliver the full scope of the contract as defined in Attachments 3.1 to 3.13. If specific manufacturers, production processes, brands, trade names, patents, or types are mentioned, suppliers may submit offers with equivalent specifications, provided they meet all parameters and requirements in the specifications, or propose equivalents with better properties as indicated in Attachment 9 of the tender documents. The supplier must ensure the delivery of ordered goods in the agreed quantity, scope, quality, and technical parameters, in flawless condition and within the agreed timeframe, using vehicles that meet hygiene requirements to ensure adequate protection of the goods from destruction, damage, or degradation, according to individual orders as specified in Attachments 3.1 to 3.13. Goods must be delivered in accordance with the agreed technical and functional characteristics, applicable binding regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical standards, and conditions required by the contracting authority. The supplier is obliged to deliver goods within a timeframe where no more than one-third of the shelf life indicated on the delivered goods or delivery note has expired. Goods must not show signs of damaged packaging, moisture, or contamination and must comply with all regulations corresponding to the Food Code and in accordance with Act No. 152/1995 Coll. on foodstuffs as amended, relevant implementing regulations of this law, and other binding regulations. In case of objections during review procedures against the contracting authority's actions by suppliers, the deadline for fulfilling the contract may be extended. The contracting authority will notify known suppliers of any changes to the deadline for fulfilling the contract. Further information is provided in the tender documents.
