Electroporation System for Operating Rooms at Motol Hospital

This public procurement contract involves the supply and installation of an electroporation system for the Imaging Methods Clinic at the 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, and Motol Hospital. The contract details are outlined in the purchase agreement attached as Appendix 3 of the procurement documentation. The offered system must meet the technical requirements specified by the contracting authority, as detailed in Appendix 1 of the purchase agreement - Technical Specifications. The system must be new, unused, and delivered with all necessary accessories, without the need for additional purchases. The scope of work includes: (i) Installation and commissioning of the system, including functionality verification and all required tests. (ii) Training for medical staff will be conducted by a qualified person as per Section 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll. on Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices. (iii) Warranty service for the system will be provided by a certified technician. The contractual relationship will be governed by the Purchase Agreement with the selected supplier upon meeting all specified conditions. Additionally, post-warranty service will be included, governed by a Service Agreement, which is attached as Appendix 4 of the procurement documentation. Ongoing supply of electrodes for tumor ablation treatment will also be required, as detailed in Appendix 1 of the Purchase Agreement - List of Goods with Unit Prices, which is Appendix 5 of the procurement documentation.
