This procurement opportunity involves establishing a framework agreement for bicycle leasing services for the Marktgemeinde Türkheim. The agreement will be between the contracting authorities as lessees and a qualified service provider along with a financing partner. Both the service provider and the financing partner will be jointly responsible for delivering the services outlined in the agreement. Key components of the services include: • Launching a bicycle leasing program with information and communication support for employees, as well as training for HR and payroll staff, • Implementing a German-language ordering and processing system for bicycle leasing through an online platform that aligns with the HR processes of the contracting authorities, • Providing bicycles for both professional and personal use, along with leasing accessories such as locks, lights, and pedals, which employees can choose from a network of partner vendors, • Offering insurance services for damage coverage and managing incident responses for specified contractual scenarios, • Conducting service activities such as annual maintenance, inspections, and repairs through partner vendors, and • Managing the ordering, return, and damage processes. The framework agreement allows for up to 250 individual orders over its lifetime, anticipating that approximately 25 employees will utilize the bicycle leasing offer shortly after its launch.
