Construction of a Residential Home for People with Disabilities

This project involves the construction of a new residential home designed to accommodate 24 individuals with disabilities. The facility will include private living spaces for three different groups, as well as common areas and staff rooms. It is intended for adults who require a communal living environment due to their disabilities, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Social Code (SGB) IX. The planned structure is a two-story building with partial basement, constructed using solid materials (brickwork and reinforced concrete), featuring a green flat roof, a photovoltaic system, and a ventilated wooden facade. The nearly square building will have an internal atrium and will be oriented on all sides.
