This contract opportunity involves the provision of design services for the replacement of outdated electrical transformer units in substations as part of the project "Replacement of AT and Transformer in Substations Stage 3." The main goal is to replace aging transformer units that are no longer safe or efficient, with new units that meet current technical standards and energy regulations. The work will be conducted in two phases: the first phase includes the preparation of technical and economic documentation, including the General Investment Estimate, which will be used to approve investment indicators; the second phase involves creating documentation that allows the contracting authority to select a General Contractor according to legal procedures. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification on the 22nd and 11th calendar days before the submission deadline. Note: The bid submission deadline is not included in the calculation of the clarification request/response period.
