Snow Removal Services for Haderslev Municipality

Haderslev Municipality is seeking suppliers for snow removal services through 21 different contracts, referred to as 'routes.' Each route may require one or two tractors. Suppliers can submit bids for one, several, or all routes. Class A routes include 5 routes for roadways, each requiring 2 tractors: one for salting with a salt spreader and snow plow for combined operations, and another for snow removal with a snow plow. Route HA5 includes 2 reserve tractors for salting and snow removal. Class D routes consist of 16 routes for snow removal on roadways with one tractor and snow plow. The locations of the routes can be found on Haderslev Municipality's map portal. The municipality will provide salt, salt spreaders, vehicles, and snow plows for the contractor's use. The contractor must supply tractors for mounting the municipality's equipment. The extent of winter services will depend on weather conditions. On average, during a winter season, the following can be expected: 80 calls for salting on Class A routes, 40 hours for snow removal on Class A routes, 40 hours for combined operations on Class A routes, and 40 hours for snow removal on Class D routes.
