Security Services for the Central Office in Moscow

This contract involves the organization and provision of 24-hour physical security services at the Central Office of the Bulgarian Industry Center in Moscow, located at 24 Krasnogo Mayaka Street. The services are required daily, including weekends and holidays. Key responsibilities include: - Deployment of two security posts at the main entrance of the administrative building. - Provision of security equipment for guards, including handcuffs, batons, electroshock devices, and pepper spray. - Maintenance and servicing of four panic buttons in the administrative building and one panic button at the residential building's checkpoint. - Immediate response by a motorized team to alarm signals from the panic buttons. - Maintenance of the technical condition of alarm systems. - Maintenance and repair of two video surveillance systems installed in both the administrative and residential buildings. - Control of entry and exit through four checkpoints at the administrative building and one at the residential building. - Verification of passes and keeping a visitor log for the buildings.
