    Brief

West Midlands Violence Reduction Partnership is seeking a service provider to deliver hospital in-reach and community-based support for young people aged 11-25 years affected by serious violence and exploitation in Birmingham. The service will combine targeted support at two major hospitals (Queen Elizabeth Hospital UHB and Birmingham Heartlands Hospital) with primarily community-based delivery. Key activities include: (1) Hospital in-reach support for young people admitted for treatment related to serious violence, providing advocacy and holistic care; (2) Emergency Department support offering tailored intervention at critical moments when young people present following violent incidents or exploitation; (3) Coordinated community-based support that complements existing services the young person and family may already be receiving. The service should capitalise on 'reachable moments' to provide support when young people are most receptive to intervention. Application deadline: 22nd June 2026 at 9am. Clarification questions must be submitted to commissioning@westmidlands.police.uk by Wednesday 17th June 2026 at 5pm.
