Waste Collection and Management Services in Szczurowa

This contract involves the collection, transportation, and management of municipal waste generated and collected from all residential properties within the administrative boundaries of the Szczurowa municipality, as well as from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Szczurowa. The waste collection system does not include waste generated from business activities or public utility buildings. The categories of municipal waste include: a) Mixed municipal waste (code 20 03 01) estimated at around 1100 Mg, b) Biodegradable waste (codes 20 02 01 and 20 01 08) estimated at around 50 Mg, c) Paper and cardboard waste (codes 15 01 01 and 20 01 01), metal waste, plastic packaging, and multi-material packaging (codes 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 20 01 39, 20 01 40), glass waste (codes 15 01 07 and 20 01 02) estimated at around 300 Mg, d) Bulky waste (code 20 03 07) estimated at around 110 Mg, e) Used tires (from cars, bicycles, motorcycles, etc., not from business activities) (code 16 01 03) estimated at around 30 Mg, f) Used electronic and electrical equipment (codes 20 01 23*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36) estimated at around 20 Mg, g) Collection of waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) estimated at around 50 Mg. The number of households based on submitted declarations as of October 6, 2025, is 2,475. The contracting authority anticipates awarding a contract under Article 214, paragraph 1, point 7 of the law, which allows for the award of a contract in a negotiated procedure without prior publication for a period of 3 years from the award of the basic contract to the current contractor for similar services, i.e., collection and management of waste, with a value not exceeding 50% of the basic contract. The number of services commissioned under the supplementary contract will depend on the current needs of the contracting authority.
