Restaurant Voucher Provision for Valserhône City Employees

The City of Valserhône is seeking suppliers to provide restaurant vouchers through a framework agreement. This agreement will be based on unit prices specified in the pricing schedule, with a minimum annual value of €45,000 and a maximum of €200,000, in accordance with public procurement regulations. The minimum and maximum amounts will remain the same for each renewal period. The restaurant vouchers will be issued in a digital format, either as a personalized smart card or through a virtual solution linked to an existing payment method (such as the employee's personal bank card), allowing access to the funds in the associated management account. Each voucher has a face value of €5, and each employee is entitled to receive 15 vouchers per month for a duration of 11 months.
