Publicity and Information Services for Energy Efficient Street Lighting Project

This procurement contract is for the provision of publicity and information services as part of the project BG-RRP-4.028, which supports energy-efficient street lighting systems under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. All beneficiaries of the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism (RRM) are required to implement information, communication, and publicity measures to ensure visibility of European Union investments to the general public. The publicity measures must comply with the requirements of the Unified Beneficiary Manual for visibility, transparency, and communication rules for 2021-2027, ensuring the promotion and presentation of the project to a wide audience. The project includes the following communication measures: At least four billboards, each measuring 2x1 meters, must be placed near the intervention sites where repair works will be carried out. After the project activities are completed, four permanent explanatory signs with information that meets EU requirements will be installed. The project will also be supported by activities promoting the EU's contribution.
