Preparation of Proposals and Projects for Affordable Housing Development in Rouchovany

This public contract involves the preparation of project documentation necessary for obtaining construction permits and executing the construction of affordable and social housing in Rouchovany. The project aims to address the shortage of affordable housing by constructing two buildings, each containing 22 apartments, totaling 44 apartments. These apartments will serve as social, starter, and rental housing. The construction site is located on parcel No. 301, a land area of 27,635 m2, registered under LV: 10 001 at the Třebíč cadastral office, part of the Vysočina region. The estimated construction costs are 161 million CZK, including VAT.
