Construction of Quay Walls in De Rijp

Stadswerk072 intends to enter into a construction team agreement with a contractor for the project of replacing the quay wall along the Tuingracht and surrounding areas in De Rijp. This project primarily involves replacing a 330-meter-long quay wall located on the south side of the canal. The quay wall was completely restored in the 1960s, during which four layers of masonry were replaced and reinforcements/anchors were added. Monitoring data has shown that the quay wall is degrading in several areas. To ensure safety for adjacent buildings and parked cars, the quay wall is planned to be replaced by 2027 at the latest.
