Clothing Supply Contract for Veendam Municipality

The contract involves supplying work clothing, footwear, and personal protective equipment (PPE) for both men and women across various departments of the Veendam municipality, along with related services. The procurement is divided into the following lots: • Lot 1: Work Clothing and PPE. • Lot 2: BOA Clothing • Lot 3: Representative Clothing • Lot 4: Sports Clothing. According to Article 2.19 of the Procurement Act, lots 3 and 4 are excluded from this tender, meaning suppliers can only bid on lots 1 and 2. The goal is to establish a framework agreement with one contractor per lot. Both lots may be awarded to the same contractor. This contract is a framework agreement with a total estimated value of €335,000.00 excluding VAT for all four lots. However, due to the lot arrangement, only lots 1 and 2 count towards the maximum value. The estimated value for the total duration of the contract per lot is as follows: For Lot 1 'Work Clothing and PPE', the estimated value is €242,000.00 excluding VAT. For Lot 2 'BOA Clothing', the estimated value is €60,500.00 excluding VAT.
