Electricity Supply Contract for Renewable Energy Guarantees

This contract involves the supply of electricity along with guarantees of origin for renewable energy sources (RES) from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. The contract is divided into two parts: 1) Part 1 – Supply of electricity under the Bt21L tariff with recuperation; 2) Part 2 – Supply of electricity under the C11, C21, B21, B23 tariffs. The main objective of this procurement is to ensure the delivery of electricity as defined in Article 7, point 4 of the Public Procurement Law.
