Cleaning and Waste Removal Services Contract

This contract involves providing cleaning services, including window cleaning, and conducting external quality control (VSR). The types of cleaning services include: - Regular cleaning tasks: These are cleaning assignments performed at a fixed frequency, which can vary (high, low, or periodic, e.g., quarterly or annually). - Replacement cleaning tasks: These are cleaning assignments carried out during the annual vacation periods or illness of the regular staff of a buyer. - Specific (one-time) cleaning tasks: These are cleaning assignments for specialized cleaning tasks, such as window cleaning or deep cleaning of carpets. For each type of cleaning task, the buyer can choose between traditional cleaning products or those based on beneficial bacteria. Typically, cleaning assignments are carried out on weekdays (between 6 AM and 10 PM), although orders can exceptionally be placed for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In addition to the above types of cleaning tasks, a buyer may also assign the contractor to conduct external quality control (VSR).
