Renovation and Restructuring of Jules Ferry Primary School

The Commune of Saint Pierre La Cour is seeking suppliers for a phased construction project at Jules Ferry Primary School. The project includes: Phase 1 - Construction of an extension primarily for the dining service and playground; restructuring of the elementary building; and outdoor improvements in the elementary courtyard and parking area. Phase 2 - Restructuring of the central building for extracurricular activities and staff rooms; renovation of the nursery building. Asbestos removal work is required at the start of each phase. The project aims to maintain site activity throughout the construction process.
