Road Repair and Modernization in Łódź

The contract involves the modernization of road surfaces in the city of Łódź, divided into two parts. Part I includes various tasks on specific streets, such as Jodłowa, Jabłoniowa, and Flandryjska, focusing on sections from one street to another. Part II also consists of multiple tasks on different streets, including Bławatna and Drozdowa, detailing specific segments for repair. The planned work includes profiling the subgrade with a mineral-cement-emulsion mixture using deep recycling methods, demolition and excavation of existing surfaces, construction of new structural layers, application of new bituminous layers, shoulder stabilization, renovation of accompanying infrastructure, sidewalks, parking spaces, project updates, and restoration of the Permanent Traffic Organization, with all elements replaced as specified in the attached pricing forms and in accordance with the Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works.
