Outdoor Fitness Equipment Framework Agreement for Vihdin Municipality

This procurement opportunity is for the supply and installation of outdoor fitness equipment in the Vihdin municipality area. It includes related services such as installation, repair, maintenance, and consultation, as well as the design of the outdoor fitness area. The contracting authority will select up to five suppliers for the framework agreement, with contracts expected to commence in September 2025. During the framework period, all individual assignments will be competitively tendered among the selected suppliers through mini-competitions. The framework agreement will be valid for a fixed term of two years, unless terminated earlier due to reaching the maximum value of the framework. After the fixed term, the client has the right to extend the contract for two additional years, one year at a time, or until the maximum value is reached. The decision to exercise the first option must be made at least three months before the end of the fixed term, and the decision for the second option must be made at least three months before the end of the first option.
