Supply of Police SUVs in Łódź

The contract involves the delivery of new segment C SUVs in a marked police version for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Łódź. The order includes a base requirement of 25 vehicles, with an option for an additional 10 vehicles, totaling up to 35 vehicles. The buyer reserves the right to exercise this option, which is not mandatory, meaning that suppliers cannot claim any rights if the option is not utilized. The decision to exercise the option will be communicated to the supplier within 5 working days after the contract is signed. After this period, exercising the option can only occur with the supplier's consent. The buyer will first evaluate and assess the offers, then qualify the supplier with the highest-rated offer based on the absence of exclusion grounds and fulfillment of participation conditions. The buyer does not require the submission of a declaration with the offer, as per Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, but will request it from the highest-rated supplier. The buyer reserves the right to cancel the procedure based on Article 257(1) of the Public Procurement Law and does not foresee awarding contracts under Article 214(1) of the Public Procurement Law. Preliminary market consultations will not be conducted.
