Event Organization Services for Child Protection Project

The National Authority for the Protection of Children's Rights and Adoption is seeking suppliers to provide event organization services for a project aimed at developing and modernizing digital alert, identification, and intervention tools for children. This project is associated with the national emergency number 119, which is designated for reporting cases of abuse, neglect, exploitation, and any other form of violence against children. The contract involves organizing 42 information and publicity sessions across 41 county capitals and Bucharest, targeting local authorities involved in child protection and rights promotion. Key services required include: A. Rental of 42 venues for the sessions; B. Management of the 42 information and publicity sessions; C. Catering services for 2,226 participants; D. Transportation reimbursement services for 1,176 participants. The contract duration will commence upon signing and will not exceed September 30, 2026, with a total contract duration not exceeding December 31, 2026. Suppliers are encouraged to submit clarification requests through the SEAP platform, with an 18-day window before the proposal submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the proposal submission deadline.
