IT Equipment and Systems for New Department Construction at Constanța Emergency Hospital

This procurement opportunity involves supplying IT equipment and systems for the construction of a new department focused on maternal and child health at the Constanța County Emergency Hospital. The project is funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Program, under financing contract no. SP 79/1/20.04.2023. The procurement is divided into five lots: 1) Patient management solution valued at 11,941,760.00 lei (excluding VAT); 2) Integrated video playback and videoconferencing solution valued at 4,318,597.76 lei (excluding VAT); 3) Patient monitoring system for the neonatology department valued at 1,753,152.00 lei (excluding VAT); 4) Ticketing system valued at 623,715.58 lei (excluding VAT); 5) IT equipment valued at 2,627,822.40 lei (excluding VAT). Interested suppliers can request clarifications or additional information only through the SICAP platform. Requests for clarifications must be made at least 20 days before the bid submission deadline, as per Article 160 of Law 98/2016. Responses to these requests will be published on SICAP 10 days before the bid submission deadline, in accordance with Article 161 of Law 98/2016. The contracting authority will not respond to requests made through other communication methods or outside the specified timeframe. All clarification requests must be submitted via SICAP.
