    Brief

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of the National Enterprise Awards (NEA) Final scheduled for May 2027. You will work collaboratively with the National Enterprise Awards Committee, Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs), Enterprise Ireland, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful event execution. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and managing comprehensive project plans and timelines • Coordinating all planning meetings and attending site visits in Dublin • Managing stakeholder engagement and communications • Arranging and overseeing supplier and venue contracts within budget • Handling invitation distribution and RSVP management • Coordinating audiovisual and technical requirements • Developing event branding, programme content, and materials • Identifying and mitigating project risks • Managing all on-site operations during the awards ceremony • Ensuring all project milestones are met • Producing a detailed post-event evaluation report The successful provider will demonstrate strong project management expertise, stakeholder management skills, event coordination experience, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. Full attendance at planning meetings and on-site presence for event delivery is required.
