Procurement of Computer Equipment for the Fryderyk Chopin National Institute

The contract involves the supply of brand new, defect-free computer equipment in accordance with the technical requirements specified in the Terms of Reference. This includes the delivery of desktop computers, monitors, laptops, external and internal storage devices, servers, storage arrays, and disks. The procurement is divided into five parts: 1) Part 1 – Delivery of laptops 2) Part 2 – Delivery of desktop computers 3) Part 3 – Delivery of monitors 4) Part 4 – Delivery of external storage devices 5) Part 5 – Delivery of servers, storage arrays, and disks. Detailed specifications are provided in Attachments 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, and 1e of the Terms of Reference. The specified equipment parameters are minimum requirements. If a specific name, product, or manufacturer is mentioned, equivalent equipment may be offered as long as it meets the minimum parameters. Equivalent standards are also accepted where specific standards are referenced. The contract includes transportation, insurance during transport, and unloading at a location designated by authorized representatives of the buyer. It also covers other elements indicated in the Terms of Reference and the draft contract provisions in Attachment 5. This procurement is part of the project "Polish Musical Culture in the European Perspective – Sources and Contexts," funded by European funds under the Digital Development Funds program 2021-2027, with the funding agreement FERC.02.03-IP.01-0003/25-00. The buyer may cancel the procurement process if the public funds intended for financing all or part of the contract are not granted.
