Green Space Maintenance Contract in France

The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Services will be paid at unit prices, with no minimum and a maximum of €250,000 excluding tax per year. The amounts will remain the same for each renewal period. The framework agreement is established for an initial period of 1 year, starting from the date of notification. There are 3 renewal periods, each lasting 1 year. The total maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is 4 years.
