Road Construction Project for National Road No. 15

This contract involves the design and construction of various roadworks for National Road No. 15, specifically the section between Tywola and Brodnica - Tama Brodzka. The contractor will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: 1) expanding National Road No. 15, 2) reconstructing existing roads that conflict with the national road, 3) building roads other than the national road to restore disrupted connections or provide access to properties, 4) constructing additional lanes within the national road corridor, 5) building or reconstructing pedestrian and cyclist infrastructure, 6) creating access points to the national road or additional lanes, 7) constructing wildlife crossings, 8) implementing drainage systems, including road ditches and stormwater management, 9) installing environmental protection measures, such as noise barriers and wildlife crossings, 10) removing and disposing of invasive plant species from the construction site, 11) managing and disposing of identified waste, 12) reconstructing water supply and sewage networks, 13) reconstructing conflicting utilities and networks, 14) demolishing road elements and structures, 15) creating a technology channel, 16) installing road lighting, 17) setting up traffic signals, 18) organizing traffic, including safety devices, 19) cleaning and maintaining existing drainage systems, 20) restoring areas used for construction back to their original state, 21) repairing roads and properties affected by construction activities, 22) establishing boundaries for constructed roads, 23) connecting the new section to the existing road network, 24) strengthening the ground and ensuring stability of excavations and embankments, 25) reconstructing external connections for buildings affected by property division, 26) demolishing existing road structures as per detailed requirements, 27) preparing a project for the transfer of non-national roads to their future managers, 28) planting greenery and managing tree and shrub removal.
