Waste Management Services for Large Items

This contract involves the management of bulky waste classified under code 20 03 07. The estimated amount of waste to be managed is 1200 tons. The contracting authority reserves the right to manage less than 1200 tons without any liability, provided that at least 600 tons are transferred to the contractor, for which the authority will be liable under general legal principles. Waste will be delivered to the contractor on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, excluding public holidays. Weighing of the waste will occur at the Waste Management Facility in Nowy Sącz. The contractor is responsible for the further transport of waste if subcontractors are involved. The contract requires compliance with relevant waste management laws and regulations. Offers must specify only one waste collection point, and partial or variant offers are not allowed. The authority may also issue additional contracts for similar services within three years if needed.
