Building Maintenance and Repair Services for Enea Elektrownia Połaniec

Enea Elektrownia Połaniec S.A. is seeking suppliers for mechanical repair and maintenance services for buildings and installations over a period of 36 months. The contract includes the following key areas of work: 1. Regular technical inspections of networks and installations, minor construction and installation work in buildings, including internal systems such as sanitary and storm sewage, drinking water, fire water, central heating, central vacuum systems, and external networks. 2. Management of drinking water, central heating, and fire water systems in administrative and workshop buildings. 3. 24/7 emergency response for repairs on buildings, structures, networks, and installations. 4. Assessment of reported faults, determining the cause of damage, and proposing repair solutions. 5. Management of maintenance work through the SAP system for buildings and related installations. 6. Planned repairs and maintenance of buildings and installations, including steel, masonry, and concrete structures, as well as sewage networks and fire protection systems.
